If your order is placed before 12.00pm, we aim to despatch the same day (providing the item is in stock).
Please allow 7 days for delivery within the UK- although we aim to have your goods with you quicker. Delivery within the UK is £4.95, and we offer an express 48 hour delivery service for an additional £3.00 charge – select this option in the checkout. (Unfortunately our 48 hour service is not available to the Channel Islands.)
If anything is out of stock, we’ll let you know when we are expecting to receive the items on the Shopping Bag page (so you still have a chance to amend the order).
We will despatch the items that are in stock immediately, and the remainder the moment they are available. When items ordered are part of a set / suit then we will despatch only when all items are available. (If the delivery we were expecting is further delayed, we’ll let you know straight away.)
Payment will only be taken when the goods are despatched.

How to Order
There are three simple ways to use wrap online…
-If you know exactly what you'd like to order, use our Fast Order page.
-Alternatively, use the search box to find a specific product (by entering the product code), or a type of product (by entering a characteristic, such as 'Cashmere' or 'Skirt').
-Or if you 'd just like to have a look around until something catches your eye, select a category from the menu at the top of the page and browse away!
To add an item to your shopping bag, click on the colour chip that corresponds to the correct size and colour. (An 'x' instead of a colour chip means that the size/colour is unfortunately not available.)
You can check what's in your shopping bag at any time by hovering your mouse pointer over the shopping bag in the top right corner.
When you've finished shopping, click on the shopping bag in the top right corner, then follow the instructions through the checkout process.

This means that on any page where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details.
